Refund policy for Stable Diffusion Web

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through Stable Diffusion Web. The service uses credits, subscriptions, usage limits, model access, and digital generation features, so refund eligibility depends on purchase timing, credit usage, account status, and applicable law.

Credit-Based Service Model

Stable Diffusion Web may provide paid plans, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, add-ons, or other digital access. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation, editing, enhancement, storage, export, or related creative features. Credit costs may vary by model, media type, quality setting, duration, resolution, batch size, or other task parameters.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund when all of the following are true:

  1. The request is submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Some or all purchased credits remain unused.
  3. You provide the account email, order or transaction ID if available, purchase date, and a clear reason for the request.
  4. The account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service, safety rules, or abuse policies.

Refund Calculation

If no purchased credits were used, you may be eligible for a full refund. If only part of the purchased credits remain, the refund may be prorated using this formula:

Refund Amount = Original Purchase Price x (Remaining Purchased Credits / Total Purchased Credits)

If all purchased credits have been used, no credit purchase refund will be issued unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be granted for:

  • Requests submitted more than 10 days after purchase.
  • Fully consumed credits, completed generations, completed exports, or delivered digital services.
  • Free credits, promotional credits, sign-up credits, bonus credits, giveaways, coupons, discounts, trials, or credits issued as goodwill.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service, payment, fraud, abuse, safety, or prohibited-content violations.
  • Fraudulent activity, refund abuse, credit manipulation, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass limits.
  • Purchases already disputed through a bank, card issuer, payment processor, app store, or chargeback process.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by user prompts, user uploads, incorrect settings, unsupported inputs, subjective output quality, third-party model behavior, or failure to review task settings before submission.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, already issued credits, or used service access unless required by law or stated at checkout. Access and remaining credits may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to plan terms.

Failed Tasks and Service Errors

If an AI generation task fails because of a system error and credits were deducted, we may automatically restore the consumed credits or issue a manual credit adjustment. Credit restoration for failed tasks is not the same as a cash refund. We may deny restoration when failure is caused by invalid input, policy violations, unsupported files, unsafe prompts, user cancellation, network interruption outside our control, or third-party account misuse.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@stable-diffusion-web.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your order, invoice, checkout, or transaction ID if available.
  • The purchase date and amount.
  • The reason for your request.
  • Any relevant screenshots or task IDs.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information before approving or denying a request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. When a refund is approved, related credits, plan access, or promotional balances may be deducted or disabled.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed. We reserve the right to deny a separate refund request for the same transaction and to provide account, usage, and policy evidence to the payment provider.

Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy for future purchases.
