Servicio

Stable Diffusion proporciona AI image generation, Stable Diffusion workflows, prompt tools, editing features, credits, payments, and related creative services. Las funciones, disponibilidad de modelos, colas, formatos de salida y precios pueden cambiar con el tiempo.

Cuentas

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and notify us about unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

Pagos y créditos

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or usage-based purchases may be subject to checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

Usos prohibidos

No puedes usar el servicio para crear, subir, solicitar, distribuir, compartir o facilitar contenido o actividad que:

• Viole la ley o derechos de propiedad intelectual, privacidad, publicidad, contrato u otros derechos.
• Sea ilegal, fraudulento, engañoso, malicioso, difamatorio, acosador, amenazante, odioso, discriminatorio o abusivo.
• Explote, sexualice o ponga en peligro a menores, incluido material de abuso sexual infantil o cualquier intento de crearlo o aproximarlo.
• Cree o intente crear imágenes íntimas no consentidas, deepfakes sexuales, suplantación, acoso, chantaje u otro contenido explotador.
• Promueva terrorismo, extremismo violento, violencia grave, autolesiones, uso indebido de armas o daño gráfico.
• Distribuya malware, phishing, spam, estafas, código dañino, robo de credenciales o abuso de seguridad.
• Intente eludir, desactivar, probar, aplicar ingeniería inversa, sobrecargar, extraer o derrotar controles de seguridad, límites, filtros, moderación, clasificadores, controles de edad u otros controles de seguridad.
• Revenda, sublicencie, redistribuya o explote comercialmente el servicio sin autorización.
• Contenga contenido sexualmente explícito, pornográfico, desnudo, erótico o adulto (NSFW) de cualquier tipo. Esta prohibición estricta se aplica a todos los modelos, herramientas, flujos, cargas, prompts, ediciones y salidas del servicio.

We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe this section has been violated.

Restricciones de contenido y seguridad

All prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and shared outputs must comply with these terms and applicable law. Attempts to evade safety controls with coded language, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, external tools, or third-party model chaining are prohibited.

Contenido del usuario

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and other materials you submit or create. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You retain ownership of your content subject to third-party rights and applicable law, and grant us the license needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Propiedad intelectual

The service design, brand assets, documentation, templates, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party model names, company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may integrate with third-party AI models, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disponibilidad y revisión de resultados

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, rights-clearing, and legally validating outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

Suspensión y terminación

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk, or expose the service to legal, safety, security, billing, or reliability risk.

Exención de garantías y limitación de responsabilidad

Stable Diffusion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or AI outputs.

Actualizaciones

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
