Dienst

Stable Diffusion stellt AI image generation, Stable Diffusion workflows, prompt tools, editing features, credits, payments, and related creative services bereit. Funktionen, Modellverfügbarkeit, Warteschlangen, Ausgabeformate und Preise können sich ändern.

Konten

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and notify us about unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

Zahlungen und Credits

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or usage-based purchases may be subject to checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

Verbotene Nutzungen

Du darfst den Dienst nicht nutzen, um Inhalte oder Aktivitäten zu erstellen, hochzuladen, anzufordern, zu verbreiten, zu teilen oder zu ermöglichen, die:

• gegen Gesetze oder Rechte an geistigem Eigentum, Datenschutz, Persönlichkeitsrechten, Verträgen oder anderen Rechten verstoßen.
• illegal, betrügerisch, täuschend, bösartig, diffamierend, belästigend, bedrohlich, hasserfüllt, diskriminierend oder missbräuchlich sind.
• Minderjährige ausbeuten, sexualisieren oder gefährden, einschließlich Darstellungen sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern oder Versuche, solche Inhalte zu erstellen oder anzunähern.

• Malware, Phishing, Spam, Betrug, schädlichen Code, Zugangsdiebstahl oder Sicherheitsmissbrauch verbreiten.
• versuchen, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Ratenlimits, Promptfilter, Ausgabemoderation, Sicherheitsklassifikatoren, Altersprüfungen oder andere Schutzmaßnahmen zu umgehen, zu deaktivieren, zu prüfen, zurückzuentwickeln, zu überlasten, zu scrapen oder auszuhebeln.
• den Dienst ohne Genehmigung weiterverkaufen, unterlizenzieren, weiterverteilen oder kommerziell ausnutzen.
• sexuell eindeutige, pornografische, nackte, erotische oder erwachsene (NSFW) Inhalte jeglicher Art enthalten. Dieses strikte Verbot gilt für jedes Modell, Tool, jeden Workflow, Upload, Prompt, jede Bearbeitung und Ausgabe des Dienstes.

We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe this section has been violated.

Inhaltsbeschränkungen und Sicherheit

All prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and shared outputs must comply with these terms and applicable law. Attempts to evade safety controls with coded language, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, external tools, or third-party model chaining are prohibited.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and other materials you submit or create. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You retain ownership of your content subject to third-party rights and applicable law, and grant us the license needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Geistiges Eigentum

The service design, brand assets, documentation, templates, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party model names, company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may integrate with third-party AI models, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, rights-clearing, and legally validating outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk, or expose the service to legal, safety, security, billing, or reliability risk.

Stable Diffusion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or AI outputs.

Aktualisierungen

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
