Acceptance

By accessing or using Stable Diffusion Web, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the service.

Service

Stable Diffusion Web provides independent browser-based access to image generation workflows, prompt guidance, model comparison pages, and related creative tooling. The service may include public guides, blog content, generation tools, editing workflows, account features, payments, credits, APIs, and related product pages. Features, model availability, queues, output formats, and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep it current, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.

Payments and Credits

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or usage-based purchases may be subject to additional checkout terms. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Credits may expire according to the plan or checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, share, or facilitate any content or activity that:

• Violates any law or infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material or any attempt to create or approximate it.
• Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, erotic, or adult (NSFW) content of any kind, including sexualized depictions of real people, fictional characters, or AI-generated subjects. This strict prohibition applies to every model, tool, workflow, upload, prompt, edit, and output available through the service.
• Creates or attempts to create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, stalking, blackmail, or other exploitative content.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, weapons misuse, or graphic harm.
• Distributes malware, phishing, spam, scams, harmful code, credential theft, or security abuse.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, probe, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or defeat security, rate limits, prompt filters, output moderation, safety classifiers, age gates, or other safety controls.
• Resells, sublicenses, redistributes, or commercially exploits the service without authorization.

We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe this section has been violated.

Content Restrictions and Safety

All prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and shared outputs must comply with these terms and applicable law. We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, prompt filtering, output scanning, and other safety controls to enforce these restrictions. Attempts to evade safety controls with coded language, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, external tools, or third-party model chaining are prohibited.

User Content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and other materials you submit or create. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, secure, moderate, and improve the service using your content as needed to operate the service and enforce these terms.

Intellectual Property

The service design, brand assets, documentation, templates, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where law requires otherwise. Third-party model names, company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party AI models, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party availability, behavior, outputs, data handling, or policy changes.

Availability and Output Review

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, rights-clearing, and legally validating outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk for other users or infrastructure, or expose the service to legal, safety, security, billing, or reliability risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable Diffusion Web is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or claims arising from AI outputs. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your outputs, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Updates

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
