Hizmet

Stable Diffusion, AI image generation, Stable Diffusion workflows, prompt tools, editing features, credits, payments, and related creative services sağlar. Özellikler, model kullanılabilirliği, kuyruklar, çıktı biçimleri ve fiyatlandırma zaman içinde değişebilir.

Hesaplar

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and notify us about unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

Ödemeler ve krediler

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or usage-based purchases may be subject to checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

• Violates any law or infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material or any attempt to create or approximate it.
• Creates or attempts to create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, stalking, blackmail, or other exploitative content.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, weapons misuse, or graphic harm.
• Distributes malware, phishing, spam, scams, harmful code, credential theft, or security abuse.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, probe, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or defeat security, rate limits, prompt filters, output moderation, safety classifiers, age gates, or other safety controls.
• Resells, sublicenses, redistributes, or commercially exploits the service without authorization.

We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe this section has been violated.

All prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and shared outputs must comply with these terms and applicable law. Attempts to evade safety controls with coded language, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, external tools, or third-party model chaining are prohibited.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and other materials you submit or create. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You retain ownership of your content subject to third-party rights and applicable law, and grant us the license needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Fikri mülkiyet

The service design, brand assets, documentation, templates, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party model names, company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may integrate with third-party AI models, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, rights-clearing, and legally validating outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

Askıya alma ve sonlandırma

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk, or expose the service to legal, safety, security, billing, or reliability risk.

Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırlaması

Stable Diffusion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or AI outputs.

Güncellemeler

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.

If you believe content, an account, or a shared link on Stable Diffusion Web breaks the rules above, report it to support@stable-diffusion-web.com with [Report] at the start of the subject line. You do not need an account to send a report.

Include as much of the following as you can:

• A link to the content or page, or the file itself.
• What is wrong with it, and which rule above it breaks.
• Whether you, or someone you represent, appear in it.
• How to reach you if we need more detail.

After you report:

1. Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt, normally within one business day.
2. Review — a person assesses the report against these terms. Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, and credible threats of harm are escalated immediately, ahead of the queue.
3. Action — where a report is upheld we may remove or block the content, restrict or terminate the account responsible, preserve evidence, and report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.
4. Outcome — we tell you what we decided, where we have a way to reach you and where doing so would not compromise an investigation or someone's safety.

If you are the person depicted in generated content and want it taken down, say so in your report; you do not need to identify which rule it breaks. Reports made in bad faith, or to harass another user, may lead to action against your own account.

Yapay zekâ modelleri ve sağlayıcıları

Generation on Stable Diffusion Web is carried out by third-party AI models. We do not train our own generative models. The models available, the organisations that build them, and the underlying model behind each product name are listed on the AI Models page, which is generated from the service's own model configuration rather than maintained as a separate list.

Model availability changes as providers release and retire models. Prompts, uploads, and references you submit are sent to the provider of the model in use, for the sole purpose of producing your output. We do not use your content to train models.
