Aanvaarding

Door Stable Diffusion te openen of te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze Servicevoorwaarden. Als je niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de dienst dan niet. Je moet minimaal 18 jaar zijn of de wettelijke meerderjarigheidsleeftijd in je rechtsgebied hebben bereikt, afhankelijk van welke hoger is.

Dienst

Stable Diffusion biedt AI image generation, Stable Diffusion workflows, prompt tools, editing features, credits, payments, and related creative services. Functies, modelbeschikbaarheid, wachtrijen, uitvoerformaten en prijzen kunnen veranderen.

Accounts

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and notify us about unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

Betalingen en credits

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or usage-based purchases may be subject to checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

Verboden gebruik

Je mag de dienst niet gebruiken om inhoud of activiteiten te maken, uploaden, aanvragen, verspreiden, delen of faciliteren die:

• Violates any law or infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material or any attempt to create or approximate it.
• Creates or attempts to create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, stalking, blackmail, or other exploitative content.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, serious violence, self-harm, weapons misuse, or graphic harm.
• Distributes malware, phishing, spam, scams, harmful code, credential theft, or security abuse.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, probe, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or defeat security, rate limits, prompt filters, output moderation, safety classifiers, age gates, or other safety controls.
• Resells, sublicenses, redistributes, or commercially exploits the service without authorization.
• Seksueel expliciete, pornografische, naakte, erotische of volwassen (NSFW) inhoud van welke aard dan ook bevatten. Dit strikte verbod geldt voor elk model, hulpmiddel, workflow, upload, prompt, bewerking en uitvoer van de dienst.

We may remove content, block generations, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement when we believe this section has been violated.

Contentbeperkingen en veiligheid

All prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and shared outputs must comply with these terms and applicable law. Attempts to evade safety controls with coded language, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, external tools, or third-party model chaining are prohibited.

Gebruikerscontent

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, generated media, edits, and other materials you submit or create. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You retain ownership of your content subject to third-party rights and applicable law, and grant us the license needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

Intellectueel eigendom

The service design, brand assets, documentation, templates, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party model names, company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Diensten van derden

The service may integrate with third-party AI models, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Beschikbaarheid en beoordeling van uitvoer

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, rights-clearing, and legally validating outputs before publishing, selling, relying on, or distributing them.

Opschorting en beëindiging

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk, or expose the service to legal, safety, security, billing, or reliability risk.

Uitsluiting van garanties en beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Stable Diffusion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or AI outputs.

Updates

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
