This Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and limitations for refunds on subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or other paid features purchased through Stable Diffusion.
Creditmodel
Stable Diffusion may operate on a credit or usage-based model. When you purchase a plan, credits may be used for AI services. Each generation, edit, export, or other paid action may consume credits.
Geschiktheid voor restitutie
You may request a refund within 10 days of purchase if the related purchase still has unused credits or unused service capacity and you provide a clear, reasonable explanation.

If no purchased credits were used, you may be eligible for a full refund. If some credits were used, the refund may be calculated proportionally based on remaining unused credits. Fully consumed credits, completed usage-based services, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Niet-restitueerbare situaties
Refunds are generally not granted after the refund period, after all credits are used, when an account is suspended or terminated for Terms violations, when fraud or abuse is detected, after a chargeback is initiated, for free or promotional credits, or when restrictions result from violation of prohibited-use or safety policies.
Restitutie aanvragen
Send an email to support@stablediffusion.ai with the subject “Refund Request” and include your account email, order or transaction ID if available, purchase date, and reason for the request. We generally review and respond within 5 business days.
Verwerking van restitutie
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Related credits or service capacity will be deducted after approval.
Creditrestituties voor mislukte taken
If an AI generation task fails because of a system error and not because of user input, prohibited content, or third-party limitations, credits consumed by that task may be refunded automatically or manually.
